Locals Free for 1 Year
This offer is specifically designed for potential customers who are affected by the Digital TV Transition. Customers who activate under Free-For-All and subscribe to DishFAMILY or higher, TurboHD Bronze or higher, or a qualified international programming package and subscribe to their local network programming package are eligible to receive their local network programming package free through their first year with DISH Network. Qualifying customers will receive a $5/mo. credit for 12 months. This is in addition to the $5/mo. credits that are already a part of the Free-For-All promotion!
Cinemax for a Penny
As an extra bonus, new customers can receive Cinemax for one year for only a penny! This offer has been a customer favorite and will be extended through July 31, 2009. Customers only need to sign up for Credit Card Autopay with paperless billing to receive this great offer!

Q: What overlays can a customer with Free-For-All participate in?
A: Customer’s who activate their account under the Free-For-All promotion are eligible to participate in the 3 Months Free of 2 Premium Packages, Cinemax for a Penny, and the specialized Locals Free for 1 Year offer as long as they subscribe to the minimum eligible programming package.
Q: Can any DHA customer participate in the $9.99/mo. for 6 Months overlay?
A: No. A commitment is required for customers to receive the credits that are outlined above. This includes the DHA24 promotion as well as the Alaska/Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands promotion with a 12 or 24 month commitment.
Q: Are my local channels included with the Classic Bronze 100 $9.99/mo. for 6 Months overlay?
A: No. Local channels can be added to any package for $5.00 per month.
Q: Can my customer subscribe to DishLATINO Plus under the Free-For-All promotion and participate in the Locals Free for 1 Year overlay?
A: No. Customers who subscribe to DishLATINO programming packages cannot participate in this offer since they will be getting their locals for free included in their DishLATINO package beginning February 1, 2009.
Q: Will customers who activate under the DHA24 promotion still receive a $50 credit on their first bill?
A: No. The $50.00 Off First Bill overlay is expiring January 31, 2009.
Q: If an existing customer upgrades to HD for the first time, can they participate in the PlatinumHD Test Drive?
A: Yes. Your existing customer may add the PlatinumHD package and participate in the Test Drive when they upgrade to any HD package.
Q: My customer is not sure what programming package they are going to get at the time that they activate the account. How much time can pass after they are activated before they can no longer participate in the $9.99/mo. for 6 Months overlay?
A: Since this is such an extraordinary offer for our customers, they must have eligible programming within 24 hours after the account is activated to receive the proper credits.
Q: Can my Former DHA24 or Club DISH DHA24 customers receive all of the benefits of these overlays?
A: Yes. Former and Club DISH customers are considered “New” for all promotional overlays and can receive all benefits as long as all other qualifications are met.
